OUR OWN-CAPITAL AND CO-INVESTMENT APPROACH
Capital 4U AG (C4U) primarily invests capital belonging to the company and its shareholders. Its partners commit their own capital to selected opportunities and may, where appropriate, invite selected investors to participate alongside C4U under separately agreed structures and definitive documentation.
C4U does not accept deposits, hold or custody client assets, maintain client investment accounts or exercise discretionary management over client portfolios. Where selected investors participate alongside C4U, their funds and investments will be held, transferred, administered or custodied through the relevant banks, custodians, project entities or appropriately authorised external service providers, as applicable to the particular transaction.
Participation alongside C4U does not create any assurance or guarantee of completion, performance, repayment, liquidity or profit. Each investor remains responsible for conducting an independent assessment of the opportunity, its risks and its suitability in light of the investor’s own circumstances.
INVESTMENT RISKS

Where a proposed activity requires regulatory authorisation, custody, banking, transaction execution or other regulated infrastructure, that activity will be carried out by the appropriately authorised and responsible independent third-party provider under separate contractual documentation.
