Capital 4U AG is an independent Swiss investment boutique focused on selected venture capital and private-market opportunities. We identify, assess and develop compelling investments for our own portfolio and, where appropriate, invite selected investors to participate alongside us.

OPPORTUNITY ORIGINATION
We identify selected venture and private-market opportunities through our international network and deal flow, focusing on cases where our capital and experience can support sustainable value creation.
INVESTMENT ASSESSMENT
Each opportunity is reviewed from a commercial, financial, structural and ethical perspective. We assess value-creation potential, key risks, stakeholder interests and execution requirements, together with environmental factors such as resource efficiency, ecological impact and carbon footprint, governance standards and business integrity.
CO-INVESTMENT STRUCTURING
Where appropriate, we structure opportunities for selected investors to participate alongside us. Investment terms, economic interests, responsibilities and relevant service providers are defined transparently for each opportunity, creating clear and meaningful alignment.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Beyond the initial investment, we may support ventures through strategic guidance, business development and our professional network. Our involvement is tailored to the objectives and needs of projects, with a focus on disciplined execution and long-term value creation.

The Team
C4U brings together entrepreneurial, financial, operational and risk perspectives within a team united by a practical and hands-on investment approach. Our backgrounds and professional experience span Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Kazakhstan and East Asia, giving us access to different markets, business cultures and ways of evaluating opportunities.
For each investment, we assemble the capabilities required for the specific project. Where regulated, legal, tax, technical or independent compliance expertise is needed, we work with selected external specialists whose roles and responsibilities are clearly identified. This international and focused model gives investors access to relevant expertise while maintaining transparency, accountability and an efficient structure.

Eugene advises the Board on institutional relationships, market practice and operational risk, contributing an independent perspective to the development and oversight of C4U’s activities.

Based in Astana, Aliya coordinates client-facing processes and supports operational delivery across relevant engagements. She maintains clear workflows, aligns stakeholders and ensures that agreed actions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
